Suspect copyright, trademark or portrait-right infringement via SecureKy? Send a clear report with location (server, channel, message).
Privacy requests
Access, erasure or objection under GDPR, use the privacy channel (not security@).
What to include
The more complete your report, the faster we can act:
- Description of the issue or right involved
- Steps to reproduce (for vulnerabilities)
- Location: URL, server ID, channel or message
- Your contact details and whether you act on behalf of a rights holder
We aim for an initial response within 14 days (best-effort).
