Moderation without sending chat to Big Tech

Scam scans and AI moderation run on our servers in Europe. By default we do not send your messages to third-party AI.

Servers in the EU

Dashboard and bot run on hosting in Germany. Company based in the Netherlands, GDPR-aware setup.

After bot removal

Remove SecureKy: server data (settings, levels, tickets, etc.) is deleted automatically after 30 days by default. With active premium that does not happen automatically. Global ban / linked-server data may be kept longer. Details in the privacy policy →

Answers for server admins

Why are modules off by default?

With SecureKy everything stays off until you turn it on. Open panel.secureky.eu, pick your server and enable only what you need, welcome, scam trap, alerts, tickets, etc.

What does the shared bot actually cost?

Core features are free, no credit card and no ads. Optional premium (e.g. hiding powered-by) and full custom builds are paid or on quote. €0 for the core per server.

How does fleet / scam trap compare to Discord AutoMod?

Discord AutoMod mostly filters text. Our scam trap can also read text on images (fake Nitro, giveaways), quarantine, log, and optionally push actions to linked servers. Global ban is for serious cases across servers, after SecureKy staff review.

Where do scans run and what is stored?

Scam scans and AI moderation run on our servers in Germany. We only keep server settings and module data that is needed, no full chat logs. Remove the bot and that server data is deleted after 30 days by default (adjustable 7–365; premium exempt). Table + rights: /privacy#retention-periods. Requests: privacy@secureky.eu (within 30 days).

Can I attach my own bot token?

Yes. In the dashboard you can attach your own bot token (own name/avatar) or request a full custom bot on quote, see /custom-bot.

What if SecureKy goes offline?

Check site.secureky.eu/status. We are in open beta: no uptime SLA on the shared bot. Urgent: Support Discord or the contact form.

What permissions does SecureKy need?

Only what the modules you enable require (e.g. manage messages, kick/ban). We do not ask for Administrator by default, that is a red flag for bots.

Does the dashboard work on mobile?

Yes. The panel is usable on mobile to configure modules.

Dutch or English?

Bot and dashboard are NL & EN, configurable per server.

Is this production-ready?

Open beta. The bot runs on real servers, but with no warranty on uptime or stability. Use at your own risk.
